Senior Vice President, Value Chain The Senior Vice President, Value Chain provides direct leadership to all value‑chain divisions that support the general contracting business and other third‑party clients. This role has a clear mandate: ensure each division performs at a high level, has the right people, operates ethically, and makes financially sound decisions that support the growth of our value‑chain businesses and in‑turn drive success for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities Business Strategy

Build each division with the fundamentals of a value‑chain business: business opportunity, clear structure, the right people, dependable systems, financial acumen and consistent planning;

Spend time in each business regularly to understand real issues, spot opportunities, and help leaders plan for growth, improvement, or course corrections;
