Senior Wildlife Biologist

Compensation range: $115,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location).

Responsibilities

• Play a substantial role in project delivery, predominantly project oversight in a Technical Advisor capacity.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership on environmental regulatory applications in line with regulations.
• Provide senior review, technical expertise, and leadership on wildlife-focused programs.
• Lead or provide technical expertise on wildlife baseline programs, preconstruction assessments, wildlife sweeps, and protocol-driven surveys for birds, raptors, amphibians, bats, mammals, and species at risk.
• Provide wildlife expertise for baseline/pre-construction assessments and construction and post-construction monitoring to ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory guidelines and/or commitments.
