Sensor System Expert for Motion Sensors – Espoo

Full-time position at Bosch Sensortec, a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch, located in the Finland development center in Espoo.

Our team develops high‑precision, highly integrated MEMS inertial sensors for smartphones and wearables. We drive engineering projects from concept to high‑volume mass production, enabling real‑time motion detection, indoor navigation, gesture and activity recognition, and optical image stabilization (OIS).

Requirements

• Expertise in inertial sensors and sensor systems, especially gyroscopes and accelerometers, preferably MEMS‑based.
• Deep understanding of sensor architecture, signal chain, MEMS, ASIC, package, testing and software.
• Experience with sensor system modelling and data evaluation (e.g. System‑C, MATLAB, Python).
• Strong industry experience and ability to derive sensor specifications from system requirements.
