Service Advisor

Our client in Dundas is looking for an experience service/Warranty Advisor to join their growing team. This position requires someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in the transportation industry. Responsibilities: You will provide support to technicians in the shop and field Liaison with customers and technicians regarding repairs Create service orders and input data into service software Handle all documentation for warranty and process warranty claims Provide quotes on repairs Look up parts and pricing Assist the service team when needed Requirements: Strong customer service skills Attention to detail Someone familiar with a service shop environment Strong computer skills, proficient with MS office Team oriented Requires a valid Ontario drivers license Previous experience working in a similar role within the forklift repair industry Compensation: Competitive hourly wage: $56k - $60k/yr Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, RSP match Paid holidays and vacatio...
