Pay Rate

$80,000 - $130,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus earning potential)

Responsibilities

• Implement all systems, procedures, and processes
• Maintain high profitability in all areas
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
• Track performance of Service Advisors and Technicians
• Attain department objectives
• Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profits, and expense objectives
