 :Lead and develop a high‑output technician team focused on safety, velocity, and quality.
Manage all shop operations: workload assignment, bay flow, parts readiness, and final QC.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Use data to drive decisions — productivity, rework and throughput.
Execute Lean practices to standardize work, reduce waste, and increase velocity.
Maintain an uncompromising safety and quality standard across every repair.
Requirements
5+ years leading teams in service, manufacturing, or equipment operations.
Strong technical foundation in mechanical/electrical systems.
Proven ability to lead high‑performance teams in fast‑paced environments.
Data‑driven decision making, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize instantly.
