Champion the business implementation / enablement of ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise environments.
Be part of an end-to-end delivery of HAM Pro implementation (design → build → test → deploy → hypercare).
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro data model and workflows.
Understand HAM Pro impacts on other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM.
Strong knowledge with discovery and scanning tools such as ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Qualys.
Integration experience with procurement or finance systems (, Coupa).
Experience in design and execute hardware reconciliations.
Hands-on experience in managing asset classes such as servers, network devices, end user devices.
