Shift Area Manager, Last Mile

Description Delivery Area/Shift Manager is the support for the completely last mile operations within a delivery station. The role is responsible for managing a +20 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime and the AMZL OPS metrics; delivery efficiency, number of routes, cost per shipment. In addition, this role gives support in purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station.

This role also supports the last mile operations within a delivery station, focusing on safety, efficiency and cost metrics while sustaining staffing, scheduling and payroll tasks. The Impacts Of This Position Are
