Shop Helper

CIMCO is looking for a full time Shop Helper to join our team at the Burlington facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of a fast‑paced operation. The Shop Helper plays a key role in supporting production by organizing materials, assisting with assembly prep, and helping to keep things running smoothly on the shop floor.

Role Responsibilities

• Safely handle materials using a pump truck or forklift
• Assist Lead Hands with organizing parts and materials for projects
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop floor teams to ensure timely material flow
• Maintain inventory of materials and parts in designated areas
• Track and expedite missing materials using internal systems
• Support manufacturing tasks such as painting, crating, pipe and fitting prep, and basic assembly
