Short Sale Expert - Remote / (U.S. Real Estate Market) LATAM/ US

This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Short Sale Expert to join our Sell to Rent team, helping homeowners navigate difficult financial situations when they owe more on their mortgage than their property is worth. This role focuses on guiding homeowners through the short sale process while providing compassionate, consultative support and identifying solutions that allow families to remain in their homes through Sell to Rent options when applicable. The ideal candidate has successfully managed 200+ short sale transactions, possesses strong knowledge of lender negotiations, hardship situations, title issues, foreclosure timelines, and has exceptional communication and homeowner advisory skills.
