SITE IT OPERATIONS ANALYST

Work with global IT service team to provide onsite technical support to end users.

Manage and maintain end user’s hardware and software, ensure end user devices and software are up-to-date with latest patches and updates.

System Installation and Configuration

• Install, configure, and maintain office IT systems, such as PCs, mobiles, servers, networks, and software applications
• Provide technical support for system upgrades and migrations.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to reduce the occurrence of IT issues.

Network Management

• Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN).
• Monitor and troubleshoot as first level for WAN infrastructure, open local ISP ticket and follow up for resolution, escalate to global operation team ...
