Position: Site Manager Department: Projects / Operations Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Director Role Purpose: The Site Manager shall be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and monitoring of slope stabilization and hill slope protection works. The role involves managing site operations, resources, safety, quality, and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution. Supervise slope stabilization, soil nailing, rock anchoring, gabion structures, retaining structures, and associated civil works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
