Smart Factory & Plant Performance Leader

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team. You will drive plant performance improvement through the implementation of the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

This role involves leading cross-functional projects, overseeing budget planning, and fostering collaboration to execute operational priorities. Strong experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing is required, along with fluency in both Spanish and English.
