We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Operator****Responsibilities**- For incident management, responsible for initial diagnosis, initial incident recovery actions, appropriate technical and/or functional incident escalation, documentation, and incident follow-up.
- Hourly monitoring of the Azure Portal to ensure all instances are functioning correctly (Ready Status).
- Hourly review of all CFDI and Operations services, verifying all URLs hosting the services.
