Cpl
Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards. Experience leading and supervising teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle. Flexibility to participate in evening, weekend, and on-call duties.
