What you will do in this role

• Campaign Execution & Planning
  • Lead end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat)
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs and optimizing for efficiency
  • Analyze performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations
  • Support strategy development through audience, creative, and budget insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and platform partners to ensure seamless execution and innovation
  • Oversee QA across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute to post-campaign reporting, learning agendas, and test‑and‑learn initiatives
