Role Summary
The Social Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day‑to‑day execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of content across the monthly calendar. This role ensures that all content is approved, ready for final QA and publishing. Works on taking content efficiently from intake through publishing while surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and operational improvements, maintaining alignment between stakeholders, priorities, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Execution: Manage day‑to‑day delivery of social media content across the monthly calendar, track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure content is completed on time, maintain visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies, and ensure all content moves efficiently from intake approval to final QA.
