**What you’ll be doing**:
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand technical hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
- Stay current with trends in tech recruiting and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
