S&OP Hub Lead - Regional Planning & Operations

Heineken is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager in Monterrey, Nuevo León, to oversee the S&OP function across multiple operating companies in the Americas. The role involves managing a team responsible for demand, distribution, and production planning and ensuring operational excellence across the cluster.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in supply chain management and proven leadership abilities, alongside excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
