Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work setting.
• Enforce protected working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Respond to emergencies as required.

Operations Management

• Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).
• Ensure sorting operations are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
