Sourcing Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly technical Sourcing Engineer to manage the supply base for the brain and heart of our Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs). You will be responsible for sourcing high-reliability electronics, power management systems, and electro-mechanical products. Your goal will be to ensure that our power distribution and control systems are resilient, cost-effective, and localized within the North American region.

Responsibilities

• Power & Control Sourcing: Lead the strategic sourcing for Power Management products, circuit breakers, busbars, data communication products and complex control boards.
• Localization of Electrification: Identify and qualify regional partners in Mexico/US for Wire Harness assembly and Control Panel builds to replace overseas supply chains.
