We are looking for a sous chef to help lead our kitchen team.

Requirements
- 3 years experience as management
- must be willing to move
- YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVENTS IN HOUSE AND OFFSITE AS WELL AS WORKING THE LINE FOR LUNCH AND DINNER.
- WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH SOME SOUS CHEF EXPERIENCE WHO IS A GREAT LINE COOK, BUTCHER, SAUCE MAKER, EXPEDITER, MOTIVATOR, AND ALL AROUND COOK.
This position will be trained on all aspects of the kitchen including but not limited to: all line positions, am production, expediting, ordering, food costing, and labor management.
This is a perfect position for someone looking to grow and learn as a chef.
The Restaurant is a cooking scratch kitchen, we have fun with food, we learn from each other, we create and foster a great work environment.
