Special Education Resource Teacher

Salary Range: $55,583.00 To $119,985.00 Annually

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Resource Teacher (SERT) to lead programming in an Intensive Support Classroom (ISC) . This classroom supports students with complex learning, developmental, behavioural, and/or multiple exceptionalities who require individualized, highly structured programming.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in differentiated instruction, behaviour support planning, trauma-informed practice, and collaborative team leadership. The SERT will work closely with Educational Assistants, families, administration, and outside agencies to ensure safe, supportive, and academically meaningful learning experiences.
