Work Location

This position will be based in Saskatoon (with periodic travel to the Jansen Mine Site). The associated work schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working is standard for BHP.

The Challenge Ahead

The Specialist Business Intelligence drives data-driven decision making across Jansen by developing intuitive dashboards, enabling actionable insights, and automating reporting processes. This role translates data into meaningful performance metrics, enhances visibility of KPIs, and supports continuous improvement through analytics, collaboration, and scalable data solutions. The role will also support the establishment and standardization of BI practices within Potash, aligning with broader enterprise approaches to data, reporting, and governance.
