Responsibilities
- Own and evolve lifecycle marketing strategies across key customer journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Work with the Senior Marketing Specialist to develop growth, product, and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer behavior analysis, segmentation, and lifecycle performance insights.
