What you’ll do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle complex third‑party bodily injury and casualty claims, including automobile, homeowners, and commercial claims.
• Manage a portfolio of senior bodily injury and casualty claims.
• Engage all stakeholders (underwriting, reinsurance, actuary, senior leadership) in effective claim management.
• Represent the company in litigation, mediation, and alternate dispute resolution processes.
• Provide training, technical support, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
• Maintain professional, friendly, and courteous interactions with customers, co‑workers, and vendors.
• Perform well in a busy operation, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to change.
