• Handle incoming calls, tickets, and messages from end-users
• Provide onsite or remote technical support with respect to IT hardware and software, connectivity, and other technical infrastructure functions
• Ensure that workstations and applications are organized in a standardized manner using imaging and deployment tools (SCCM)
• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to eliminate recurring issues and calls
• Maintain corporate standards for the installation, configuration, deployment, and management of computers and other IT devices
