What you’ll be doing

• Work with partners to define solutions, business requirements, cost and benefit inputs into business cases, recommend delivery methods, and define processes impacting Omni‑Channel initiatives.
• Participate in partner meetings for business requirement sessions, early engagement, and scoping of initiatives; lead and oversee multiple initiatives/projects.
• Manage stakeholders and business partners to support decisions on feasibility, scope, and delivery recommendations.

How you’ll succeed

• Conduct Process Assessments: perform ongoing process reviews to identify issues early, recommend solutions to business challenges, stay current on best practices, assess risk impact, and support governance processes and controls.
