What you’ll be doing
Work with partners to define solutions, business requirements, cost and benefit inputs into business cases, recommend delivery methods, and define processes impacting Omni‑Channel initiatives. Participate in partner meetings for business requirement sessions, early engagement, and scoping of initiatives; lead and oversee multiple initiatives/projects. Manage stakeholders and business partners to support decisions on feasibility, scope, and delivery recommendations. How you’ll succeed
Conduct Process Assessments: perform ongoing process reviews to identify issues early, recommend solutions to business challenges, stay current on best practices, assess risk impact, and support governance processes and controls.
