About the Role
The Senior Director of Network Operations is a strategic and transformational leadership role responsible for evolving the network operations organization into a modern, automation-driven, and highly reliable function. This leader will drive the maturation of people, process, and technology while delivering resilient, scalable, and business-aligned network services.
The role partners closely with Network Engineering, Security, Application Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, accelerate innovation through automation and AI, and continuously improve service quality and user experience.
