Seniored HR and Labour Relations Generalist on behalf of a client. The role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who excels at building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization while providing strategic and hands‑on support in both Human Resources and Labour Relations. Acting as a key advisor to leaders, employees, and union representatives, the Senior HR & Labour Relations Generalist will provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, collective agreement interpretation, and grievance processes, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
