Manage the talent acquisition processes to attract top talent.

• Overseeing the full recruitment cycle for DL/IDL/ADM positions, including leveraging assigned sources and employing individual methodologies to create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.
• Create and foster relationships with colleges and communicate with organization leaders to clearly understand their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Participate in job fairs and different activities to attract and hire new talent.

Experiencia y requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• English 90%.
• Management of Office packages.
• Strong communication skills.
