Staff Accountant

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Accountant based in Canada to support the accounting operations of ASUS Mexico. This role will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank payments, and assisting with month-end close and audit support. The position will work closely with the finance team supporting the Mexico business while collaborating with regional and headquarters teams.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Process and monitor accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Prepare and process bank payments and cash transactions
• Perform bank and account reconciliations

Month-End Close

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules
