Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expense entries.
• Perform general ledger, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory and equipment financing records.
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll functions as needed.
