This legal staff position provides expert level legal guidance to the MMCAP leadership, staff, and membership. Duties include drafting contracts, requests for proposals, notices, and analyses that enable MMCAP to maintain regulatory compliance while fostering positive relationships with purchasing officials, pharmacists, auditors, contracting experts, and other stakeholders.
