Salary range:
$190,000-$230,000 (DOE) + equity I’m hiring a Staff Software Engineer for a well-established, crypto-native fintech building regulated financial products. This role focuses on building and evolving production financial systems, contributing to technical direction, and maintaining high engineering standards in a fast-moving environment. Building and evolving financial products used at a national scale Participating in code reviews and raising engineering standards Contributing to long-term technical direction What they’re looking for:
