You and the team you lead will be there to congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help prepare them for the first day of school, and all the big and little moments on their parenting journey. We’re looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits. You’ll coach your teams to reach their potential, to become brand and product experts, and own their careers.
