Business Growth & Account Development
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities across both existing and new client accounts, expanding end-to-end engagement across technology, operations, and innovation.
  • Partner with company’s sales and technology teams to shape, pursue, and close strategic deals from initial idea through to signed contract.
  • Oversee account P&L, commercial terms, and governance structures to safeguard account profitability and client satisfaction.
