Strategic Account Manager
Description
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining strategic property management customers across North America. The role manages relationships with corporate decision-makers and field-level operators to increase utilization of national service programs while ensuring successful execution through franchise partners. This is a consultative sales role focused on driving customer outcomes rather than transactional selling.

Team members in our Vancouver, Toronto Junktion Hubs follow a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work from the office several days each month, with scheduled team collaboration and company connection days to support alignment, teamwork, and business priorities.
