Your role includes providing insights on financial performance versus budgets, leading P&L reviews, and optimizing capital deployment strategies. You will oversee the Canadian budgeting process and mentor finance team members based in Canada and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial performance review processes monthly
• Mentor Financial Controller and junior finance staff
• Drive Canadian budgeting in collaboration with UK team
• Review commercial accuracy of Capital Expenditure forms
• Manage cash flow and financial oversight of Striker business
