Strategic Patient Recruitment & Retention Lead

IQVIA is looking for a candidate to manage Patient Recruitment and Retention operational plans for small/mid size studies. The successful applicant will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and implement strategies to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health care or a scientific discipline, over 3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with drug development processes and project management expertise are essential.
