Salary range: 30-40k MXN gross monthly

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and performance analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop analytical models and apply consulting frameworks (MECE, hypothesis‑driven thinking, issue trees).
• Participate in end‑to‑end transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑ready presentations and reports in English.
• Translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Manage deliverables, progress tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Mexico and the U.S.
• Maintain a high level of ownership, accountability, and professional ethics.
