Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Tekla Structures, or similar detailing software.
Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding symbols, connection types, and erection sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
Experience with estimating or willingness to learn quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
