Key Responsibilities:
· Hand-pulling and hoeing weeds in crop fields
· Following instructions from Agronomists and Field Supervisors
· Working safely outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Using hand tools responsibly and maintaining quality standards
Schedule:
· Transportation departs at 7:00 AM sharp
· 8-hour shifts plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch
· Paid travel time to and from field sites (30 minutes to 2 hours)

Requirements:
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Ability to perform physical outdoor work
· Clean closed-toe shoes required (no steel toes)
