Lead and deliver engineering projects that improve site conditions or meet business needs. Manage projects end-to-end (plan, execute, monitor, close) using FEL governance, project management tools, and KHMS. Focus on large CAPEX projects (typically> USD 1M), including reporting and defining asset useful life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CAPEX projects (70%): scope, schedule, cost, milestones.
  • Project reporting (10%): schedules, dashboards, and presentations for large projects/control systems.
  • RFQs & purchasing coordination (10%): support sourcing and purchasing plans for execution.
  • EHS & FSQ compliance (10%): ensure safety and food-quality requirements using BOS/KHMS.
