SUPERVISORY TECHNICIAN

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Test and Evaluation Management Division, Combat Systems Test and Evaluation Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER Port Hueneme Division. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing and directing the work of government engineers and technicians, military, and contractors for major shipboard, land and sea-based test events. You will provide sponsors a focal point for the technical expertise and leadership in Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Combat System Ship Qualification Trials and SSDS Weapon System (land and sea-based testing). You will perform project management for branch test projects and tasks, manage, and utilize branch personnel to accomplish the quantity and quality of work expected within set limits of cost and time.
