Surety Broker (Calgary)

Surety Broker – This is a full‑time hybrid role based in our Calgary office. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada, and this position is not eligible for sponsorship.

What the day will look like

• Review bids and prepare sunshine letters, surety bonds, and invoice preparation
• Lead by example and assist colleagues in delivering DAU to clients and prospects
• Deliver continuous excellence in servicing an existing book
• Collaborate with colleagues across Canadian branches to deliver the best of Aon to clients and prospects in need of construction advisory service and solutions
• Identify specific client and prospect needs and develop innovative and cost‑effective solutions
• Ensure all procedures, internal client files and correspondence comply with Aon audit standards
