System Administrator

The Associate Systems Admin ensures the stable operation of client information systems. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing of all hardware, software and client systems within the company. Responsibilities will also include analysis and resolution of end user hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training when required.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and deploy client images.
- Assist in the recommendation, planning and implementation of new client IT systems.
- Assist in implementation of new server systems with the Systems Administrator.
- Assist in the management, monitoring and resolution of help desk tickets.
- Support of North America clients and systems may be required.
- Works collaboratively with other departments within North America Group to meet project goals and organizational objectives.
