We are looking for an energetic, hands‑on, and people‑oriented Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to strengthen our recruiting efforts across Switzerland. You will design, organize, and deliver engaging on‑campus events at leading universities, acting as a true ambassador for BCG. In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering dynamic recruiting events at top universities, building meaningful relationships with candidates and inspiring them to explore career opportunities in consulting with us. You will guide candidates through the entire recruiting journey—from the first interaction to the offer stage—while managing applications and offers and ensuring a seamless and outstanding candidate experience.
