We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition professional to support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business lines. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, delivering full-cycle recruitment support while helping attract top talent in a cooperative and fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of roles
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings
• Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews
• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and market insights
